Eucalyptus Home store endeavors to ensure that your every purchase is seamless and memorable with the highest standard of quality and shopping experience. We have a strict Quality Checking process embedded before each product is packed and dispatched. We take utmost care in packing to ensure zero damage during transit – domestic or international and we ship through registered reputed shipping service providers.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer Free Shipping within India on your minimum order value of Rs 2000 and above. Hence you will not pay any additional shipping charges at the time of checkout. In case your order value is less than Rs 2000, you will see the shipping charges at the time of checkout, in addition to the product prices.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Our international shipping is facilitated by DHL Worldwide. For International Shipping, the charges are at actual quoted by our shipping companies. Once you complete the purchase on our website (checkout & complete the payment), we will get in touch with you within 5 Business Days to quote international shipping charges. 

Please note, the quotation can be shared with you once you complete the purchase on our website and we pack the products because the shipping charges depend on the volumetric weight of the parcel. 

Alternatively, you can reach out to us at support@eucalyptushomestore.com with your order details and we will get back to you with the shipping charges.  

Once you pay the shipping charges to us, we will dispatch your order.

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping charges paid to us. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping companies at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

 

 

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our shipping companies will attempt to deliver the order 3 times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY

We do not have Cash On Delivery option available at the moment.

RETURN POLICY

Eucalyptus Home Store endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer Returns or Refunds on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or damaged during shipping, we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

 

Eligibility for Return & Refund

1. Handmade & Handpainted products may have minute imperfections in terms of color shades, texture, painting, polish, finish, shape, weight, size and also, insignificantly different from each other which make them unique & special. Returns & Refunds will not be applicable in such scenario.

2. Wooden products may develop hairline cracks with change of temperature & climate and with time.This is a natural process. Returns & Refunds will not be applicable in such scenario.

3. Antiques & Vintage Collections are not machine made or machine finished or newly manufactured. There may be multiple imperfections, damage, dent, color blemishes etc. We retain the original old look the way, the product was collected and we do not repair or modify any imperfections, to retain the authenticity of the time & source. Returns & Refunds will not be applicable in such scenario.

4. Handmade or Handpainted or Handcrafted or Vintage or Antique products will not be exactly similar to each other in terms of color shades, texture, painting, polish, finish, shape, weight, size. The photograph will not be exact representation of the product, you receive, but ofcourse similar. Any dispute, Returns & Refunds will not be applicable in such scenario.

5. In scenario where incorrect products have been sent or the products are damaged during transit or the product has genuine manufacturing defects, you will be sent a fresh new product or issued with full refund. 

6. Products bought online cannot be returned in store.

6. Products offered in Sale, cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Any dispute or concern on any product, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 3 Business Days of delivery. Post this timeline, Returns & Refunds will not be applicable.

8. Return & Refund policy will be applicable on the products returned to us without any damage – in original condition.

9. Return & Refund policy will be applicable on the returned products which are unused, unwashed, and have all their original packaging and tags intact.

10. In case where customer has provided wrong or incomplete delivery address and our Shipping Partner failed to deliver after 3 attempts OR the recipient refused to accept the delivery, Returns & Refunds will not be applicable. Customer will need to pay additional shipping charges to initiate dispatch process again from our end.

11. In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping Agency, Returns & Refunds will not be applicable.

12. The above eligibility for return and refund is applicable for both domestic and international purchase.

 

PROCESS TO RETURN

1. We have a 3 Business Days return policy, which means you have 3 Business Days after receiving your product to request for return. 

2. Always video-record the unboxing and check the products carefully once you receive them. If incorrect or damaged or genuine quality / manufacturing defects are found, contact  Eucalyptus Home Store Customer Care within 3 Business Days of delivery of the concerned product. Please read eligibility of the return and refund (mentioned above).

2. Eucalyptus Home Store team will review your concern (basis the eligibility mentioned above) and revert with a solution within 7 Business Days.

3. In case of Return, a Reverse Pick Up will be arranged by us at our own expense. However, if your Pin Code is not serviceable for Reverse Pick Up, you need to arrange the shipping of the products to our address mentioned above. Eucalyptus Home Store will credit the same expense to you in the form of Credit Note or payment.

4. Once the product is received by us in original condition, we will initiate fresh shipping within 7 Business Days at our own expense. Please note, in case of unavailability of the same product, Eucalyptus Home Store holds sole right to proceed for full Refund. Refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

It will usually take 14 Business Days to return or refund from the day of reporting the issue.
